General Conditions:
- The Campaign will commence on 29 November 2023 at 10:00 AM and conclude on 1 December 2023 at 11:00 AM.
- Participants must have a valid social media account on the designated platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to be eligible.
- The social media account must be set ‘Public’, so that the organiser can view the entries.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
- The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or amend these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
- The organiser shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the Campaign or acceptance of the prizes.
- By participating in the Campaign, participants grant the organiser the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display their entries for promotional purposes related to the Campaign.
- The organiser reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Winners
- Winners will be selected based on the creativity, originality, and the most number of likes in a post.
- The organiser will review all eligible entries and select three (3) winners at their sole discretion.
- Winners must be pre-registered for Livestock Malaysia 2023.
- Winners will be notified through direct message and comment on their social media post by 12PM on 1 December 2023.
- Collection of prizes will be on 1 December 2023 between 12PM to 4PM at the Livestock Farm in KLCC. Prize collection after the event can be arranged. Please contact [email protected]
- The organiser’s decision on the selection of winners is final and binding.
Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
